Big News for 2015 – New Products, New Applications, New Markets
Australian Sustainable Hardwoods (ASH) CEO, Vince Hurley, has signalled 2015 as a year of great change for the company. An exciting program has been set with lots of new timber product solutions planned for launch throughout 2015. With an ever increasing demand for timber products across the building, manufacturing and commercial sectors, ASH is planning to deliver real innovation over the coming 12 months.
As part of the change, ASH has redeveloped its corporate branding – including the launch of a new website. Daniel Wright, newly appointed Marketing and Business Development Manager, says “its all about being contemporary and on trend. Our role is to keep innovating. To keep the market informed on what is possible. To constantly showcase the great work of our manufacture clients, the awesome applications of our timber and to get more consumers using Australian Sustainable Hardwoods. In creating this desire, ASH hope to increase our ability to refer qualified enquiry back into our client base of manufacturers, merchants and wholesalers.”
The company is committed to launching great new educational tools and resources to their supply chain to support the sales and marketing launch of these new products. “Our first major new products are IRONASH and Australian Oak engineered timber flooring. These products are available for supply and the market response to date has been really positive. Our new way of presenting all the technical and product application information to our customers will surely be well received”, advises Daniel.

Timber is and always has been the preferred material for many – the applications are endless. We just have to get the message out to the people.”
