Another year of the coveted 2016 Australian Timber Design Awards is done and dusted. Sought after by many as receiving an ATDA is a stamp of excellence in timber design!
This year, Australian Sustainable Hardwoods sponsored the Interior Fitout – Commercial Award. A desired award that recognises the artful use of timber in an interior space.
The 2016 winner was Enter Projects, a design firm based in Sydney with an eye for innovative design, high energy and plenty of charm. Known for being leaders of technology aided design, Enter Projects incorporate architectural styles to suit the social and local surroundings of a project in an expressive way.
Enter Projects was awarded the 2016 Interior Fitout for their stunning work on Lot 1, Sydney.
The amazing Lot 1 Sydney is a three level establishment with a fusion of decadent interiors with Chef Adam Swanson’s modern take on Italian favourites. This creative hospitality space was inspired by the swirls and patterns that coffee forms.
The breathtaking design demonstrates just how versatile wood is – using it for the intricate roof piece, work area and furniture. To check out projects like the innovative Lot 1, visit Enter Project’s webpage.
