Westfield Fit Out

/ By John Wardle Architects

John Wardle Architects have a great history of using GoodWood Victorian ash products with great results. One of the first that come to mind are these custom profiles used to line a wall at Westfield Sydney City Tower.

GoodWood products manufactured by Australian Sustainable Hardwoods are ideal for commercial joinery and large projects. We have a reputation for being able to supply large volumes of high quality, environmentally certified timbers in a realistic turn around time.

Australian Sustainable Hardwoods (ASH) is certified and third party audited to AS4801 Australian Safety Standard, ISO 14001 International Environmental Standard, AS4707 Chain of Custody for Certified Wood and Forest Products (AFS PEFC) and AS1328 Glue Laminated Timber. This ensures the Company operates under nationally and internationally accepted environmental, safety management and quality practices.

All of Australian Sustainable Hardwoods’ operations are proud to have achieved Chain of Custody (CoC) Certification under the Australian Forestry Standard (AFS). GoodWood Victorian ash products can be tracked from origin to end-use, meaning our customers can be certain that these products are sustainably produced.

Commercial Projects created with GoodWood Victorian ash are hard wearing strong and beautiful. The flexibility A.S.H. provide in sizes, availability, set length, laminated and finger jointed products can be coupled with veneers and engineered materials to provide indoor outdoor flow for most applications. Victorian ash’s naturally blonde colour has the distinct advantage of being able to be stained or painted to most colours which helps when matching design requirements.

We have 4 manufacturing facilities on site which reprocess, laminate, profile or finger joint with supreme efficiency. We have a number of partners we can rely on to stain, polish or treat for decay resistance who can deliver just in time, solutions. If we don’t have it, chances are we can make it!
